This cream appears thick but easily spreads. Needs a few rubs for a nicely moisturized skin. What I love about this is it healed my ugly dry cracking heels.
I was using this nightly and followed by a pair of socks. It is not sticky so its a joy using this. Lasted me about 5 weeks. I will definitely repurchase this when I go to Bangkok again. :)
The pump bottle, while hygienic; I find it is little wasteful. I bet there are still some products in there though appear as empty. Really prefer jar.
Love the smell. Reminds me of fresh avocado juice... yum! It's probably the rice ingredient.
I spotted this in the Guardian's Xmas catalogue and have been wanting it. Finally a new Palmer's product! And when I was on a 2 weeks break, I took the opportunity to start shopping :)

I am finally back from hols, and am missing another one already! The things I don't miss - extremely dry, flakey skin; skin breakouts and dull skin. Too much rushing and those drying flights, le sigh..
Notice my arms and legs are looking rather flakey lately (it only happened when I was back in high school, and I was saved by Jergens!). But tonight, my legs started to itch :( Instantly prompted me to dig this out.
At first whiff, and many whiffs after - it smells of delish cocoa. Sweet warm cocoa, very comforting. Me likes!
Upon application, I had sort of an instant regret buying this.. it felt stickeh *yee* I was grumbling why why why when I had high expectation of this. It was sticky and skin felt a little taut.
But, wait on for a couple of minutes, and I don't even notice I had on lotion. With.the.freaking.itch.gone!! Really, like within 5-7 minutes, I am not scratching anymore (yes I am that excited I blog this instantly).
It didn't fade away the flakey look but hello! This is not magic ya. So long my skin don't feel dry and itch, I'm happy to give it time to recover. After all, I tortured my body with hours of mall browsing, weight lifting (that would be carrying the shopping bags), and indecent lack of sleep..
Oh, and a bonus?
~ It is paraben free :) So have some minutes of patience and you'll see the goodness in this gem..

I'll admit, I was first attracted to the quirky packaging. Next was the test by The Nose - likes! *Chucked into the cart*
At 300ml, its a huge tub and lasts me a very long time. It really does moisturize my skin. On some days my lower legs are prone to look scaly (not pretty, but this is way better than my high school time - they always looked scaly and itch!!) I love massaging this into my skin, but I really prefer this on my legs and on days I sleep with PJ pants.
The texture is very rich, and I do not really like this on my arms. I'm a picky sleeper. I don't like the stickiness to get on my sheets, and the "kinda-soiled" feel on my sheets is certainly a no-no. On rainy days / with air condition, I gladly slather this on, and then wrap myself in cotton sweater and pants. Sleep a good sleep, and voila! Wake up with very soft and moisturized skin.
When I shower though, my feet feels slightly oily... Makes a good hand / foot cream too. Slather on a thick layer, and then put on a pair of gloves / socks. (Yep, I cannot survive winter - I can sleep with gloves, socks and sweats in Malaysia weather).
I'd buy this again, when my 1293845 other tubs of lotions finishes :P

Years and years ago.. I got this after being very curious about a body lotion that could help to minimize hair growth. I mean which girl doesn't like this yes?
I chucked it after about 90% of usage, and today I am about to get rid of the bottle for good :P *spring cleaning*
I don't see this in Malaysian market anymore, I guess has been discontinued.

Easily absorbed, and left behind no signs of stickiness.
But - it didn't work! No not in minimizing hair! :P
The scent did not put me off, but it wasn't anything floral / fruity nice. Still the fact that it didn't work, irked me somehow..
Body Lotions - my must have beauty item. Nightly ritual before hitting bed - slather on yummy body lotions for well hydrated skin the next morning.

I have seasonal dry skin especially on my legs. If left without lotion for more than a day - I get scaly skin! Yucks.
This lotion is easy to smooth on; whether on dry or damp skin. I usually use 5 pumps before bedtime - 2 for my arms, and 3 for full legs ;) So I can actually finish this 400ml bottle in about 2 months?
Also, it absorbs very fast, leaving non oily surface so no worries about staining the sheets (I'm very very particular about this).
Each morning I wake up to really hydrated skin, and smells so darn good.
I'm finishing this in no time, so I am hoping this goes on sale again on my next trip to Bangkok :D
Just too bad its not available in Malaysia, sigh!

I went shopping yesterday at Watsons and as usual I took my sweet leisurely time studying the products one by one.
And then something caught my attention. I've never seen it before. Looks cute - check price tag - OMG - under $20.
Grabbed it and studied more into details..

My Findings:
It is light yellowish color, with subtle fragrance that didn’t choke my nose.
Absorbs pretty fast without sticky residues. My laptop keypad loves it!
Looked down and spotted Be Gorgeous Body Lotion @ $14.90. Into the shopping cart as well.
And then huh? Another tub of Body Butter @ $15.90. No!!! No more... next time pls.

My Findings:
Same color, but slightly runnier than the hand cream – sinks into my skin very well.
No sticky residues. Good for day use as it doesn’t make me feel oily.

Be Gorgeous Shower Foam and Be Gorgeous Body Scrub. They are priced at $12.90 and $16.90 respectively (if my memory did not fail me). Didn’t get them as I still have a drawer full of shower gels and scrubs *sheepish grin*.
The range is made in Thailand exclusively for Watsons.
I’m happy with both products :)
