Nett Wt: 40ml
Price: I bought it on sale from Singapore, its about 50% off the usual price
Scent: Citrusy
Color: White
Texture: Gel-creme

I bought 2 bottles of this because it was on huge sale hehehe. (Thanks Bro! He is most probably cursing me for making him buy girly creams from the counters.)
My first thought - so pretty! Owww so classy looking too.
I really like this alot.
I notice that most Paul and Joe products have a citrusy scent which is very refreshing and calming. The instructions was right, you kinda need about 3 pumps for the face. I use 4-5 for face, neck and shoulders.
It spreads and absorbs easily and leaves no stickly feeling. Hence I could proceed with moisturizer almost immediately. It works beautifully with my Vichy day cream. My skin feels really soft and hydrated.
With the daily 4-5 pumps I didn't know I've used up one whole bottle!
Because the bottle itself is kinda heavy. So I was always thinking there are more to go. Well one down, and I need to dig out the second bottle..
.. because life without this serum sucks! (says my skin lah)
I am currently using rosehip oil + serum from Lelan Vital, and I'm not getting the results I want. Maybe it takes some time to adjust? Maybe its CNY and I haven't been getting enough rest (naughty girl!)?
We'll see, once I finish my current ones the second bottle is coming out! :D

Sabai-arom Tamarind & Honey Face Mask

Posted by: Foxy Frangipani in ,

Sabai-arom Says:
According to our survey, 99% of you wished you had a naturally translucent complexion. We can`t work miracles but we can share with you this terrific beauty recipe used by generations of Thai women to rejuvenate dull, tired skin.

Tamarind is a fruit that has long been used for its natural exfoliant properties, locals believe it brightens the skin too (this is probably due to its high AHA and Vitamin C content). Honey is widely used in Thai Spa`s to moisturize skin.

Try our clay mask with its honey-flavored scent and see your face brighten and your mood lighten.

How to stay pretty:
Apply an even layer onto your clean damp face, avoiding the eye contour. Leave this effective recipe on for 3 to 5 minutes for the nutrients to fully penetrate your skin. Wipe and rinse off.

Nett Wt: 100g
Price:  310 Baht (it was on sale I remember)
Texture: Creamy
Colour: Light beige

I really like the smell! So much of tamarind the word "foreign" kept popping in my mind each time I use this. And somehow I do feel good just smelling this.

It is very easy to spread on, and it doesn't sting.
No tingling whatsoever, just comfy.

It does tighten slightly after about 5-10 mins (the instruction says 3-5 mins hehe); and washed off easily.

Hmm I didn't get translucent skin, but after rinsing off my skin does look brightened a little, and nicely moisturized. No complaints here :)

Biore Cleansing Oil

Posted by: Foxy Frangipani in

I'm in love with cleansing oils.. I feel that they do better at removing makeup compared to cleansing milk..

Biore Says:

• Specially-formulated to provide optimum cleansing performance on both dry and wet skin.

• Effectively dissolves and removes long lasting makeup, even waterproof mascara.

• Protective nozzle cap for easy travelling and no cotton pad required.

• Does not clog pores, and gentle and mild on skin.

• Refreshing fragrance.

Foxy Frangipani Says:

Scent: Fruity.. like Fanta Grape?
Texture: A wee bit runnier than Neutrogena Cleansing Oil
Nett Wt: 150ml
Colour: Clear
Price: Got it on sale around RM18

Like it:
- It doesn't sting my eyes
- Removes most makeup, except very stubborn waterproof mascara.
- Doesn't leave an oily film after rinsing, but as a habit, I always follow with a foam wash.
- No breakouts :)
- Comes with a pump so I control the amount without spills.
- This bottle lasted me a couple of months, evening only use.

Shop For CNY..

More excuses to shop.
CNY must have new bowls, mugs, new things. It means always have.
So look, Daiso opens just in time in Penang ;)

Both the hair brushes work really well. If I must choose, Pink is first :)

And oh, those socks and gloves - sooooo soft and warming. Yeah ok I know this is Malaysia, summer 365. But we have cold rainy days too. And I'm so used to going to bed with warm feet.

Pretty modest buys I must say.. well that's because in a month's time, I'll be bargaining hard in Bangkok! :D

So looking forward to Boots! And this round I plan to explore more of Chinatown, and Khao San Rd. And hopefully Pratunam wholesale market too..
