Sariayu Lulur Kencana Lulur Soap

Scent: Smells like alot of herbs and spices.
Nett Wt: 80g
Price: IDR 14000

I bought this during my recent Haul-a-Days in Jakarta.
There is a Martha Tilaar boutique in Grand Indonesia; although did not have all the things I want, has cause quite a dent in my purse :P

I was never a soap person (I got this habit from my mom) but somehow this intrigued me. Staying in Malaysia with the hot and humid weather, constant use of deo / anti-perspirant is almost a staple. I can't stand icky BO, so I am very particular about feeling fresh all the time.

It's true that meat lovers tend to smell a little more..
(I'm living with one! :P ) So, great timing I stumble onto this eh?

However... at first whiff, I decided to keep this for myself lol. I love the herbal scent. The soap is soft to touch once in contact with water. Foams quite good and rinses well. Doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, and even on minor cuts it doesn't sting.

The fresh clean smell lingers on after shower too. Am glad to say up to 3 weeks of use now I'm a happy person. It does prevent the icky sweat smell (but I'm not saying to go deo free, could skip every other day though).

At IDR 14,000 per bar, I'm happy to repurchase; but I guess one bar could last me a while.

I first got to know about BioValley from reading blogs. I thought, natural yo - good choice! It was readily available in Tesco, and selected Guardians too. Really, at RM17.90 for 500ml? Such a deal.

I'm really happy with this shampoo, it clears those nasty white flakes without frying up my locks. Unfortunately, I get those unwelcomed dandies whenever I'm in immense stress. And my job is mostly stressful, le sigh again!

Although without SLS, it foams just as well. I like the crisp tea tree scent, smells clean :) This bottle lasts me months, as I don't use it daily.

... because I couldn't find this in the market anymore *sobs*
Not in Guardian.
Not in Tesco.
Not in any of the toiletries aisles of any malls.

I'm going to miss this after the last 15% bids farewell. *pouts*

Palmer's Hydrating Gel Lotion

I spotted this in the Guardian's Xmas catalogue and have been wanting it. Finally a new Palmer's product! And when I was on a 2 weeks break, I took the opportunity to start shopping :)

Texture: Cream - Gel, like custard.
Colour: Very light beige
Scent: Delicious cocoa!
Nett Wt: 250ml
Price: RM19.90

I am finally back from hols, and am missing another one already! The things I don't miss - extremely dry, flakey skin; skin breakouts and dull skin. Too much rushing and those drying flights, le sigh..

Notice my arms and legs are looking rather flakey lately (it only happened when I was back in high school, and I was saved by Jergens!). But tonight, my legs started to itch :( Instantly prompted me to dig this out.

At first whiff, and many whiffs after - it smells of delish cocoa. Sweet warm cocoa, very comforting. Me likes!

Upon application, I had sort of an instant regret buying this.. it felt stickeh *yee* I was grumbling why why why when I had high expectation of this. It was sticky and skin felt a little taut.

But, wait on for a couple of minutes, and I don't even notice I had on lotion. With.the.freaking.itch.gone!! Really, like within 5-7 minutes, I am not scratching anymore (yes I am that excited I blog this instantly).

It didn't fade away the flakey look but hello! This is not magic ya. So long my skin don't feel dry and itch, I'm happy to give it time to recover. After all, I tortured my body with hours of mall browsing, weight lifting (that would be carrying the shopping bags), and indecent lack of sleep..

Oh, and a bonus?
~ It is paraben free :) So have some minutes of patience and you'll see the goodness in this gem..

Daiso Wild Rose Bath

Posted by: Foxy Frangipani in ,

Whenever I plan for a holiday I always hope for a hotel bathroom with a tub. I love a hot relaxing soak after a day of endless walking.

I usually come back with aching feet and sore back from extreme shopping lol. A hot soak would just melt the tension away..

I bought a couple of different variant from Daiso sometime ago.. and now that I'm in KL for a short trip; it is about time to try them out.

Tonight - Wild Rose. Pour the sachet into running water. I find one sachet didn't do much in a tub of water so I used 2. Ooh.. bright pink water. Smells floral... not exactly rose but nice though.

I soaked for about 20mins with a face mask on and after that find some slippery feel on my skin. And the dry skin on my heels started to peel off; revealing soft skin. Leaves a mild lingering sweet scent after. Love it!

A pack of 3 sachets costs RM5 and I am looking forward to try another tomorrow :)
